Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks a Global Sales Director to lead sales and business development across KSA, Qatar, Kuwait and the UAE. You will drive revenue growth, expand market share and strengthen commercial presence through strategic client relationships and cross-border initiatives.

Reporting to the VP MEA, you will develop regional strategies, secure new opportunities and manage key accounts. Expect significant travel and close collaboration with country management, operations and product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive sales and business development experience.
• Experience in international freight forwarding and logistics.
• Prior senior sales leadership or multi-country responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and execute regional sales strategies across KSA, Qatar, Kuwait and UAE.
• Identify, secure new business opportunities and expand strategic accounts.
• Establish annual and quarterly sales plans with revenue targets.
• Lead regional sales performance and manage pipeline and forecasting.
• Collaborate with operations, product teams and global sales to align efforts.
• Represent Crane Worldwide Logistics at meetings and industry events.
• Travel regularly within the region and internationally as needed.
