Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in Saudi Arabia, focusing on new business, pricing strategies and client relationships across ocean and air freight sectors.

You will develop target lists, manage RFQs, support marketing, and coordinate with operations to ensure service delivery. A strong background in 5-7 years RFQ management and 5 years global freight pricing is preferred; HS diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• RFQ management experience required and strong pricing background.
• Global airfreight and ocean freight pricing experience preferred.
• 5–7 years RFQ management; 3–5 years pricing database work.
• 2 years in 3PL or freight forwarder environments recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop target list and initiate contact with potential clients through calls, social media, and promotions.
• Confirm appointments to introduce Crane Worldwide services and build relationships.
• Support existing clients as liaison between client and Crane Worldwide operations network.
• Provide tracking information as requested by the client.
• Escalate shipment issues to ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage client requests and follow up to meet needs.
• Facilitate completion of RFQs.
• Provide marketing and proposal support for Global Sales Team.
• Analyze client profit or loss and propose yield improvements.
