Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in shipping, customs clearance, or manifest operations.
• Solid knowledge of Saudi customs procedures and port operations.
• Familiarity with ZATCA and Fasah systems and shipping documentation.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics systems.
• Good command of English and Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily import, export, and transit manifest activities.
• Prepare, review, and submit shipment manifests and related documentation accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, customers, and port authorities.
• Ensure compliance with ZATCA, MAWANI, and applicable customs regulations.
• Monitor shipment movements, clearance status, and documentation deadlines.
• Resolve manifest discrepancies, documentation errors, and operational delays.
• Coordinate with SDES Dammam operations regarding cargo transfers and bonded shipments.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and prepare daily and monthly operational reports.
• Support customer requirements and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
