Job summary

East & West Express in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Customs Clearance Supervisor Assistant to support import operations and customs processing for air, sea, and land shipments. Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
• Familiarity with customs regulations, shipping procedures, and HS codes.
• Strong attention to detail and document control skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import operations for air and sea shipments.
• Prepare and submit accurate quotations for sea and land shipments.
• Follow up with clients to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Monitor shipments through final customs release.
• Calculate applicable customs duties, taxes, and charges.
• Translate shipment inventory and related documents from English to Arabic when needed.
• Prepare invoices and share them with clients.
