Chalhoub Group in Jeddah seeks a Luxury Tech Consultant to drive in-store sales targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will support CRM, CX and other customer initiatives at store level, interfacing with category relationships and store teams.

The role requires strong communication, retail experience in luxury segments, English proficiency and Excel skills to monitor performance and contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewelry, Accessories, Technology).
• English language proficiency.
• 2 years' experience.
• Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experience.
• Support in the implementation of CRM, CX and other customer initiatives in-store.
• Build and maintain relationships at store level to drive sell-out.
• Monitor and contribute to in-store stock and customer service standards.
