Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Riyadh seeks a Fashion Consultant to drive sales and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our luxury fashion portfolio. You will support CRM, CX, and in-store initiatives while building strong relationships with clients.

You have at least 2 years’ experience in luxury fashion and fluent English. The role offers diverse career exposure, sales targets, and employee benefits including health care and flexible working policies.

Qualifications

• 2 Years of experience in Luxury Fashion Brand.
• Intermediate / Fluent English Language.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.
• Support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in-store.
• Collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers and slow movers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Provide input to in-store marketing events and activations.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs and proper data capture for marketing.
