2 years of luxury fashion experience and fluent English are required; the role offers exposure to premium brands and in-store marketing events.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in Luxury Fashion Brand.
• Intermediate / Fluent English Language

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience.
• Support CRM, CX and other in-store initiatives.
• Collect data on customer behaviour and top sellers for business reviews.
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach.
• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stay up-to-date with app offerings.
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and SOPs.
• Drive click and collect and ensure SLAs are met.
