Job summary

Chalhoub Group in Jeddah is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to drive individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional guest experiences; and to support the implementation of CRM, CX and other key customer initiatives in-store.

The role offers opportunities to work across luxury fashion, beauty and tech within Chalhoub's omnichannel ecosystem, with growth through internal mobility and development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Previous Experience in Retail (Fashion, Jewellery, Accessories, Technology).
• English language proficiency.
• 2 years' experience.
• Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Store level sell out target accountability.
• Build category manager relationships at store level.
• Monitor daily and weekly sales performance of each Expert within the assigned coverage.
• Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of permanent Experts to achieve set sellout target
• Maintain accurate records of individual sales results, team performance, and activities
• Improvement of individual Expert performance and skills.
• Ensure in store stock in appropriate level in the assigned stores.
• Foster a positive, high-energy team environment focused on results
• Address and resolve any performance issues
• Ensure the team is delivering excellent customer service
