Lead, train, and evaluate Spa staff to maintain a positive, professional environment.
Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding luxury service standards and addressing feedback promptly.
Manage retail operations and analyze sales trends to enhance spa offerings.
Assist with forecasting, budgeting, and cost control to improve financial efficiency.
