Job summary

Raffles The Red Sea is seeking an experienced Spa & Wellness Operations Leader to supervise daily spa, fitness, and recreational facilities at a five-star ultra-luxury property. You will ensure service excellence, brand-standard treatments, and seamless guest experiences across all wellness touchpoints.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic coordination with hotel departments, and a proactive approach to driving revenue while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in Spa & Wellness operations within an ultra-luxury or five-star hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in spa, recreation, or wellness operations is required.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Wellness, Spa Management, or related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa, fitness, recreation, and wellness operations.
• Ensure treatments meet brand standards and safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory of spa products and equipment.
• Lead and coach spa and wellness teams to uphold Raffles service culture and Heartist values.
• Coordinate wellness experiences with other departments to create integrated luxury experiences.
• Drive revenue from spa services, memberships, and retail programs.
• Conduct daily briefings and provide ongoing training and mentoring to the team.
