• Monitor equipment functionality and cleanliness; coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, and engineering to address issues promptly.
• Lead and develop the Spa team; interview, train, supervise, and conduct performance evaluations.
• Host regular staff meetings and implement strategies to enhance sales and service.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by upholding luxury service standards and responding to feedback.
• Coordinate group bookings and VIP tours; represent the spa at external events.
• Assist in budgeting, labor tracking, inventory control, and cost-effective usage of spa products.
• Support compliance, safety, and adherence to Work Rules and Standards of Conduct.
