Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton is seeking a Spa Operations Supervisor to coordinate and supervise activities across spa services, salon, skin care, reservations, and front desk areas. This role focuses on guest and employee satisfaction while supporting the operating budget in a luxury hospitality setting.

You will collaborate with management to ensure service standards are met, maintain supplies and equipment, and drive continuous improvement in guest experiences while upholding the brand's Gold Standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Assumes the responsibilities of the Spa Director in his/her absence.
• Ensures employees have the proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.
• Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports to assist in financial management of the department.
• Manages supplies and equipment inventories within budget.
• Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.
• Understands the impact of department operations on property financial goals and works to meet or exceed budgeted goals.
• Sets a positive example for guest relations and handles guest feedback and complaints.
• Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service and strives for continuous improvement.
