Job summary

Chedi Hospitality in Medina seeks an experienced Spa Supervisor to oversee daily spa operations, lead therapists and attendants, and ensure the highest standards of service for international guests.

• Previous experience in a similar supervisory spa role within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of spa treatments, products, and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in using spa management software and booking systems.
• Professional wellness or beauty therapy qualifications.
• Experience with international guest relations.
• Background in training and developing spa teams.
• First Aid or CPR certification.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
