Job summary

LEVAYĀ, a luxury wellness destination in Jeddah, invites an experienced Spa Manager to lead daily operations, oversee a dedicated team of receptionists and therapists, and ensure an exceptional guest experience that reflects the brand's standards.

You will drive service excellence, manage scheduling, monitor revenue, and maintain cleanliness and safety across all spa areas, while shaping guest journeys and training staff to sustain LEVAYĀ's promise of luxury hospitality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in spa management, wellness operations, or luxury hospitality.
• Experience leading and managing a team.
• Strong knowledge of spa services, treatment operations, and guest experience management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commercial awareness and experience monitoring sales, revenue, and operational performance.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• A passion for wellness, luxury hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring smooth workflows and exceptional service quality.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the spa team, including receptionists and therapists.
• Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences, handle feedback professionally, and resolve complaints effectively.
• Oversee appointment scheduling, bookings, cancellations, and guest relations.
• Monitor sales performance, service revenue, and daily operational targets.
• Drive revenue growth through service recommendations, packages, memberships.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and presentation across all spa areas.
• Ensure the spa consistently reflects LEVAYĀ’s luxury brand identity and service standards.
• Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to improve performance and profitability.
