Accor in Medina is seeking a Senior Spa & Wellness Manager to oversee daily operations of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities at an ultra-luxury resort.

You will lead a high-performing team, ensure brand standards, coordinate with other departments, and drive revenue through treatments and memberships. Pre-opening experience desirable.

The role requires 4–6 years of luxury spa experience and supervisory background.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of Spa & Wellness operations experience in ultra-luxury or five-star hotels.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in spa recreation or wellness ops.
• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Wellness, Spa Management or related field; pre-opening experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the spa, fitness center, recreation areas and wellness facilities, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Ensure all treatments and services meet approved protocols and quality standards.
• Lead, coach and develop spa, fitness and recreation teams to uphold brand culture.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Guest Relations, Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure premium guest experiences.
• Drive revenue through treatments, retail, memberships and wellness programs while monitoring performance metrics.
