Rosewood AMAALA in Saudi Arabia invites a Wellness Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and refined experience from arrival through departure, aligned with Asaya Spa standards and Rosewood luxury hospitality.

You will personalize guest journeys, manage bookings and payments, maintain discretion and presentation, and collaborate with spa and hotel teams to deliver exceptional guest service while supporting revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury spa or five-star hospitality preferred.
• Strong guest-service orientation with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and professional presentation.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for guests at Asaya Spa and deliver a warm, refined welcome.
• Manage spa reservations, guest profiles, vouchers, and inquiries accurately and discreetly.
• Personalise guest journeys by understanding preferences and recommending experiences.
• Process payments and reconcile nightly transactions per company procedures.
• Coordinate with wellness and hotel teams to ensure pristine spa environments.
• Uphold health, safety, privacy and luxury standards while supporting daily operations.
