Qualifications

• You have proven experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment.
• You are passionate about wellness and personalise guest experiences.
• You communicate confidently and professionally, building relationships with guests and colleagues.
• You are comfortable with spa reservation and property management systems.
• You manage bookings, guest information and payments accurately.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating memorable first impressions.
• Manage spa reservations, schedules, guest profiles, vouchers, and enquiries with accuracy and discretion.
• Personalise guest journeys by understanding preferences and recommending wellness experiences.
• Process payments, voucher transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately.
