Job summary

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is launching the Red Sea project in the Kingdom and seeks a Guest Service Associate for a forthcoming luxury resort. The role focuses on courteous food and beverage service, anticipating guest needs, and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities span guest interactions, menu explanations, and maintaining high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness in a fast-paced, luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a luxury hospitality environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, professional, and efficient food and beverage service at all times.
• Anticipate guest needs and expectations to exceed satisfaction.
• Present menus and explain dishes and beverages in detail.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of menus, specials, and beverages.
• Follow opening and closing checklists and ensure smooth service flow.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of service stations at all times.
