Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Residential Marketing Manager to execute a luxury marketing program across ultra-luxury developments. You will own CRM-led lead generation, engage UHNW audiences, and drive campaigns spanning digital, events, PR, and content to support sales conversions.

You will collaborate with Sales, Digital, and Events teams, manage agencies and budgets, and lead a high-impact residential marketing program with a strong commercial focus in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 8+ years in senior marketing roles, luxury real estate or premium brands.
• Strong CRM-led lead generation experience.
• Proven UHNW/HNW audience engagement.
• PR experience and media landscape knowledge.
• Track record in integrated B2C campaigns; B2B is a plus.
• Commercial mindset with agency leadership experience.
• GCC region experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of residential marketing strategies aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
• Develop asset-level marketing plans, positioning, and audience strategies.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content, PR, and print.
• Collaborate with Sales to ensure qualified CRM-driven leads.
• Own CRM-led lead and offline generation, nurturing journeys, prequalification.
• Develop sales enablement materials: brochures, presentations, assets.
• Ensure marketing activities support pipeline and sales outcomes.
• Lead planning for UHNW events, private viewings, roundtables, experiential activations.
• Collaborate with Events team to deliver residential marketing events.
• Support PR with Communications and agencies to elevate developments globally.
• Lead content strategies and work with Digital for performance marketing.
• Drive content for website and platforms, align with brand and conversion goals.
• Manage external agencies and budgets; oversee branded materials with partners.
• Define KPIs and analyze insights; present to senior leadership; support Marketing Director.
