Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 8+ years experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within luxury real estate, development, asset management, branded residences, or premium consumer brands.
• Strong experience in CRM-led lead generation and sales-driven marketing.
• Demonstrated experience engaging UHNW and HNW audiences.
• PR experience and strong understanding of media landscapes.
• Proven track record delivering integrated B2C campaigns; B2B experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of residential marketing strategies aligned to commercial and brand objectives.
• Develop asset-level marketing plans, positioning and audience strategies for developments.
• Deliver integrated campaigns across digital, web, paid social, content, PR, influencer management, print, brochures and eDMs.
• Collaborate with Sales to deliver CRM-driven leads supporting conversion and revenue growth.
• Lead planning for high-end events, private viewings, roundtables and experiential activations targeting UHNW/HNW audiences.
• Oversee content strategies, digital assets and website alignment with brand and conversion goals.
• Manage external agencies, budgets and procurement with ROI governance.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and present results to senior leadership.
