Job summary

Confidential is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing across residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate portfolios in Saudi Arabia. You will develop and execute integrated campaigns, manage brand positioning, and drive demand through digital and traditional channels.

You will align marketing with sales, oversee budgets, mentor a marketing team, and collaborate with NHC programs and government housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years in progressive marketing roles, with 3+ years in a managerial position.
• Proven track record in creating and executing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Strong digital marketing, social media, and performance marketing expertise.
• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms (GA4, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Lead brand positioning, messaging, and visual standards across all channels.
• Plan annual marketing calendars, budgets, and campaign calendars per property segment.
• Drive lead generation and nurture programs aligned with sales objectives.
• Collaborate with agencies, vendors, and sales teams on content and campaigns.
• Monitor performance metrics, reporting, and ROI; optimize spend and results.
