Job summary

Red Sea Global is seeking an Events and Sponsorship Manager to lead planning, execution, and management of luxury events and activations that elevate the brand and residential portfolio in line with Vision 2030. The role demands hands-on, high-detail execution for UHNWIs, investors, and strategic stakeholders, with agency-level or large-organization experience preferred.

The candidate will drive end-to-end event lifecycle, collaborate with top-tier agencies and luxury vendors, and manage budgets

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in events with luxury/expe-riential activations.
• Experience delivering large-scale, detail-driven luxury events.
• Experience in hospitality, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle sectors.
• Experience managing sponsorships, partnerships or branded collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
• Identify and manage high-value sponsorship opportunities and partnerships.
• Lead end-to-end event execution from concept to post-event analysis.
• Oversee on-ground delivery ensuring ultra-luxury standards.
• Manage internal stakeholders and external partners to maximize value and visibility.
• Oversee budgeting and performance metrics focusing on ROI and impact.
