Responsibilities

• Respond to emails within 24 hours and greet callers professionally.
• Take guest details during booking and update Opera PMS accurately.
• Read reservation correspondence and pass Special Instructions to relevant departments.
• Communicate last-minute changes (new bookings, cancellations) to departments.
• Maintain proper email and telephone etiquette throughout all interactions.
