Qualifications

• Saudi National, aligned with Vision 2030 Saudization program.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma/degree preferred.
• MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hotel systems (POS, PMS, CRM).
• Must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English; read/write Simplified Chinese advantageous.
• Deep understanding of Chinese culture to provide nuanced service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration in an efficient, friendly manner.
• Provide a seamless welcome experience for Mandarin-speaking guests, ensuring cultural attentiveness.
• Know room rates and upsell options, communicating them clearly to guests.
• Handle billing procedures, minimize rebates during checkout, and bid guests farewell appropriately.
• Maintain balance in cash operations and reconcile end-of-shift transactions.
• Keep department administration and operational reports up to date.
• Ensure guest room amenity requests for Chinese guests are noted and acted upon.
• Maintain cleanliness and functioning condition of all front desk equipment.
• Adhere to Six Senses standards and address guest feedback, especially from Chinese clientele.
