Job summary

Accor in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Concierge Operations professional to assist guests with inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related, and to maintain excellent service standards across the property. You will attend shift briefings, build relationships with airport concierges, retailers and service providers, and keep information on local attractions up to date.

The role requires a Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management with at least 1 year of relevant experience, excellent English, and

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management is required.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
• Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Concierge operations: assist guests with all inquiries, both hotel and non-hotel related.
• Attend shift briefings and maintain relationships with airport concierges and service providers.
• Maintain knowledge of city activities, directions and points of interest.
• Manage guests’ mails, messages, courier services and parcel postage.
• Receive telephone calls and take messages for guests.
• Maintain knowledge of food & beverage services and safety procedures.
• Attend trainings and perform duties as assigned by management.
