Accorhotel Medina is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and ensure hospitality excellence across every interaction.

You will handle reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, and offer concierge guidance for local attractions, while maintaining records and processing payments securely. Fluency in Arabic and English and PMS experience are required, with flexibility for evenings and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; additional languages desirable.
• Proficiency with PMS and reservation software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Professional demeanor with a customer-focused mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with multitasking ability.
• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution experience.
• Attention to detail in handling guest information and transactions.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
• Knowledge of Saudi hospitality standards and cultural awareness.
• Professionalism and reliability.

Responsabilités

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in and check-out with hospitality.
• Manage reservations changes and cancellations in hotel systems with accuracy.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Provide concierge recommendations for local attractions and dining.
• Process payments and handle transactions securely.
• Communicate with guests by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for seamless service.
