AlKhalejiah Catering seeks a Lounge Agent Line Manager Assistant Lounge Manager in Medina to professionally welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out, and coordinate VIP services for a premium experience.

Responsibilities include guiding guests to facilities, handling inquiries, and ensuring data accuracy in the system. Requires 2–4 years in a related field and strong English and Office skills.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, self-learning, creativity, attention to detail, teamwork, and safety standards.
• Experience in lounge operations and resource management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests professionally on arrival in line with lounge standards
• Verify guest information and entry eligibility
• Process check-in/out quickly and update system data
• Respond to guest inquiries about lounge services
• Coordinate VIP services and special requests
• Guide guests to facilities and explain available services
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues
• Monitor crowd levels and guest flow
• Provide flight info to arriving passengers and remind gate/time
• Assist guests with special needs and mobility
