Job summary

Raffles The Red Sea will be a sanctuary of refined elegance, delivering ultra-luxury service across villas and suites. The role drives personalized guest experiences from pre-arrival to departure, coordinating seamlessly with Culinary, Housekeeping and Concierge teams to uphold Emotional Luxury.

Requires a Bachelor’s in hospitality, 4–6 years in luxury hotel settings (butler/front office), and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field.
• 4–6 years of luxury hospitality experience, with Butler or Front Office background.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a significant asset.
• Strong leadership, communication and guest-relations skills.
• Experience in a pre-opening environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for guests, from pre-arrival to departure.
• Facilitate seamless check-in/check-out within villas or suites.
• Oversee valet services, packing, garment care and shoe shining to luxury standards.
• Manage in-villa dining coordination and private meals with exemplary presentation.
• Anticipate guest preferences to curate bespoke itineraries and experiences.
• Coordinate with Culinary, Housekeeping and Concierge teams to elevate service.
• Uphold the brand's Emotional Luxury philosophy in every interaction.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and service standards per policies.
• Support pre-opening activities and ensure smooth ramp-up of service

Job Description

• Key Roles & Responsibilities:
• Personalized Service: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing intuitive and personalized assistance from pre-arrival to departure.
• Guest Arrival & Departure: Facilitate seamless check-in and check-out experiences within the privacy of the guest’s villa or suite.
• Valet Services: Oversee professional packing and unpacking services, garment pressing, and shoe shining to the highest luxury standards.
• Food & Beverage Coordination: Manage in-villa dining experiences, including the service of afternoon tea, evening canapés, and private meals, ensuring excellence in presentation.
• Experience Curation: Anticipate guest preferences to curate "sensory journeys" and bespoke itineraries, fostering a culture of storytelling around the resort’s offerings.
• Inter-Departmental Liaison: Ensure seamless coordination with Culinary, Housekeeping, and Concierge teams to enhance guest experiences across all touchpoints.
• Brand Philosophy: Uphold the brand’s "Emotional Luxury" philosophy, ensuring every guest interaction is characterized by graciousness and sophistication.
• Standards & Compliance: Maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in line with Raffles and Accor policies.
• Sustainability: Integrate the resort's sustainability ethos into daily operations, ensuring mindful use of resources and promotion of local cultural experiences.

Qualifications

• Personal Attributes & Experience:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with specific experience in Butler service or Front Office management within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills, with an extreme eye for detail.
• Language: Fluent in English; Arabic and other languages are considered a significant asset.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Deep understanding of luxury service etiquette and the cultural values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Pre-opening: Experience in a pre-opening environment is highly desirable.
