Job summary

RAFFLES in Jeddah seeks an experienced Head Butler to deliver premium luxury service and lead a service-focused team. You will oversee guest interactions, room preparations and personal services to the highest standards.

Five years in luxury hospitality, strong leadership, English fluency, and knowledge of Middle Eastern customs are required. A Bachelor's in Hospitality is preferred; Butler certification is a plus. Flexibility for varying shifts and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Five years+ experience as a butler or in luxury hospitality leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for guests, teams and departments.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide detailed orientation of rooms and facilities.
• Coordinate with room service for meals and removal of items.
• Oversee room servicing and assist housekeeping to standard.
• Ensure rooms are serviced to standard and guest items are secure.
• Maintain stock in suites and assist with guest requests and information.
• Make bookings and reservations for guests as required.
