Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA seeks a Bell Associate to escort guests, transport luggage, and provide exceptional service in a luxury resort setting. You will respond to guest needs with professionalism and maintain Rosewood standards throughout the shift.

Role requires knowledge of hotel facilities, safety procedures, and the ability to multitask in a high-demand environment while upholding brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity for a luxury or ultra-luxury Resort.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training or certification is an advantage.
• Fluency in English; other languages preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull luggage repeatedly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Escort guests to rooms and inform them of hotel services, facilities and features.
• Transport guest luggage to/from rooms and handling luggage storage.
• Maintain knowledge of standards, procedures, and local attractions to assist guests.
• Attend all guest service-related tickets and relay guest requests.
• Ensure luggage is scanned and security procedures are followed.
