Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a Butler, Guest Services or related luxury-hospitality role.
• Proficient with computer systems and smart devices used in guest services.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask gracefully.

Responsibilities

• Provide elegant, discreet, and anticipatory service to all guests, ensuring comfort and satisfaction.
• Assist guests with in-room needs, special requests, and personalized services.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and operating hours; communicate confidently to guests.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, IT and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest comfort.
• Complete proper shift handover and maintain records of guest preferences and service details.
