Job summary

Golden Elite Catering Services (GECS) seeks an experienced Lounge Supervisor to lead daily operations of the Airport Lounge and ensure an exceptional guest experience. You will supervise the lounge team, coach staff, and coordinate with airport stakeholders to maintain service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 4 years in supervisory hospitality or similar, and excellent English communication. Must be able to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years supervisory experience in hospitality, aviation, hotels, lounges, or customer service operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Requirements

• Saudi National.
