Position Summary

We are actively seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role, officially titled Logistics Technician / Aircraft Storekeeper, is responsible for the crucial logistical support of our maintenance operations on the Airbus A319 fleet, ensuring the timely availability of parts and tools for our engineering team.

Job Description

Your core responsibilities will focus on efficient logistical flow and compliance at the Jeddah station:

  • Aircraft Parts Logistics and Warehouse Operations
    • Stock Control
    • Inventory Management
    • Procurement Support
    • Shipping/Receiving (Preparing parts for shipment, ensuring proper packaging, labelling etc.)
    • Record Keeping.
  • Operational and Technical Support (Advantageous Skills)
    • Technical Assistance: Providing basic, non-certified support to the local mechanical team as/if needed
    • Minor Inspections: Experience or ability to perform visual checks or minor repairs, particularly on the aircraft cabin (a significant advantage).

  • Aviation Enthusiasm: A genuine passion for aviation and a desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
  • Teamwork & Independence: Ability to work efficiently as a single point of logistical support on location, taking full ownership of the store.
  • Language: Good knowledge of spoken and written English is mandatory. Understanding Arabic language is a significant plus.
  • Organizational Skills: A strong ability to set up and follow structured processes for procurement and storage keeping.
  • Technical Experiences (Advantageous): Proven experience as an Aircraft Storekeeper, Logistics Technician, Fitter, or holder of EASA A Licence (or similar technical role) is not mandatory, but will have an advantage in selection and can lead to potential position adjustments in the future.
