Our Client in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Logistics Operations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics and distribution activities across warehousing, inventory control, dispatch, transportation, and shipment coordination.

This hands-on, field-oriented role has frontline supervisory responsibility for logistics teams and requires coordinating with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and internal production to ensure timely, compliant material flow.

Qualifications

• Solid supervisory experience across warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch coordination.
• Hands-on exposure to freight forwarding processes, customs documentation, and shipment compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate logistics teams in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
• Experience managing and coordinating third-party logistics providers and transportation partners.
• Strong problem-solving capability, with confidence in handling operational escalations and time-sensitive issues.
• Experience operating within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC region is highly advantageous; Fluency in Arabic is mandatory with English communication across stakeholders.

The Role

The Logistics Operations Supervisor will oversee the daily execution of logistics and distribution activities across warehousing, inventory control, dispatch, transportation, and shipment coordination.

This is a hands-on, field-oriented role with direct supervisory responsibility for frontline logistics teams. The Supervisor will coordinate closely with freight forwarders, transport providers, customs brokers, and internal production teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant movement of raw materials and finished goods.

A core focus of the role is maintaining operational discipline, minimizing delays and discrepancies, resolving day-to-day issues efficiently, and ensuring that logistics operations consistently meet defined service and cost targets. The position plays a critical role in sustaining service reliability and supporting ongoing operational improvements across the supply chain.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring strong, practical logistics experience gained within manufacturing, industrial, building materials, FMCG, or other high-volume distribution environments.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:
