Job summary

Vitatech Group® Middle East is seeking an experienced logistics manager to oversee end-to-end operations in Riyadh. You will coordinate transportation, warehousing, and distribution while optimizing costs and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 5–10 years of logistics experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of logistics/supply chain experience, preferably in KSA.
• Strong knowledge of KSA logistics, customs, transportation, and warehousing.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
• Plan and coordinate shipments for timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage transporters, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers.
• Monitor inventory, shipments, and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with KSA customs, transportation regulations, and company policies.
• Optimize routes, logistics processes, and transportation costs.
• Track shipments and resolve delays, damages, and discrepancies.
• Prepare logistics reports, KPIs, and performance analysis.
• Lead and develop logistics staff.
• Support budgeting, cost control, and vendor negotiations.
