Job summary

Aramco is seeking a Deal Lead Quality Consultant to join Strategy & Business Development, Gas Venture Department. You will drive investment opportunities in international gas upstream and LNG, supporting Saudi Aramco's production targets.

You will screen projects, perform economic analyses, coordinate cross-functional inputs, and negotiate terms to close transactions. Strong leadership, networking and M&A experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering from a recognized program.
• MBA or related degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience with at least 10 in M&A and gas/LNG deals.

Responsibilities

• Screen upstream gas and LNG investment opportunities globally.
• Lead economic evaluations and financial due diligence for M&A deals.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for pre-FID project assessment.
• Negotiate investment terms and execute transactions.
• Prepare management information for decision making.
