Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering (required).
• MBA or other advanced business degree preferred.
• 15 years of experience with at least 10 years in M&A, business development, and gas/LNG work.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Screen upstream gas and LNG investment opportunities globally.
• Characterize opportunities and prioritize using defined criteria.
• Lead economic evaluations and financial due diligence for LNG and upstream deals.
• Coordinate cross-unit inputs to support pre-FID project assessments.
• Negotiate terms with partners and manage due diligences across functions.
• Prepare high-quality management information for decisions at department and company levels.
• Coordinate LNG and gas opportunity communications across the organization.
• Engage with external advisors to support assessment processes.
