Job summary

Saudi Aramco is seeking a Gas Facilities Planning Engineer within Facilities Planning to lead business case evaluation, master planning, and scoping for major projects in Saudi Arabia. You will guide IPTs, develop scope and economic justifications, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams on capital investments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
15+ years of engineering experience in gas processing, NGL facilities, or related fields.
Experience in economic evaluations, feasibility studies and funding requests.
Experience directing professional consultants and leading teams on engineering studies.
Experience in process/system simulation of gas processing and NGL operations.
Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Lead development of business case evaluation, master planning, and scoping for capital projects.
Develop Gas & NGL capital projects from feasibility to full funding, including scope and economic justification.
Lead Integrated Project Teams (IPT) during study and scoping phases for projects with budgets over $100 million.
Develop scope for major crude, gas, refining, and chemical programs.
Lead studies to establish project business cases and evaluate alternatives for optimal solutions.
Prepare executive briefings, memos, and presentations on capital investments.
