Job summary

GRG in Riyadh is seeking a data-driven CRM professional to own the full customer lifecycle strategy for a leading F&B brand. The role focuses on retention, repeat purchase, and long-term value through smart segmentation, personalized engagement, and commercial thinking.

You will manage acquisition through reactivation, build segmentation frameworks, and balance offer strategy with frequency, value, and margin across all CRM channels.

Qualifications

• Background in CRM and lifecycle marketing at a high-frequency consumer brand.
• Hands-on loyalty program experience.
• Strong segmentation and personalization capability.
• Experience managing agency partners.
• Confident communicator with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle strategy from acquisition through reactivation.
• Develop segmentation and personalization frameworks.
• Design offer strategy balancing frequency, value and margin.
• Implement automated customer journeys across CRM channels.
• Brief and manage CRM agency, ensuring accountability and results.
• Lead test-and-learn agenda with commercial hypotheses.
• Translate CRM data into marketing and commercial decisions.
• Align cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations.
