Job summary

ClearGrid in Riyadh is seeking an experienced lifecycle marketing specialist to own the digital collections journeys for the KSA market. You will design, write, and optimise messaging across email and SMS, using segmentation and delinquency data to improve engagement while controlling cost per connection.

This hands-on role collaborates with Analytics, AI Ops, Product, and Operations to test ideas, measure attribution, and drive self-serve inbound flows.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or digital collections.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; able to write Saudi-dialect content.
• Hands-on experience building journeys in campaign platforms.
• Deliverability knowledge: sender authentication, warm-up, spam, list hygiene.
• Strong communicator and collaborator across functions.

Responsibilities

• Own contactability, reachability and engagement of borrowers; optimise journeys end-to-end.
• Design, build and optimise email and SMS journeys with segmentation and cadence.
• Depth of segmentation using borrower attributes and delinquency data.
• Write borrower-facing content tailored to the Saudi market.
• Manage cost per connection while balancing engagement and channel spend.
• Design and run A/B tests; analyse results and apply learnings.
• Partner with Analytics to sharpen attribution and inform investment.
• Drive inbound and self-serve volumes through journeys and optimisation.
• Collaborate with AI, Ops, and Product on AI-enabled journey improvements.
