Job summary

Salla is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing lead to own the merchant journey from onboarding to growth in Saudi Arabia. You will design segmentation, cohorts, and behavioral triggers, and execute campaigns across email, messaging apps, and in-app channels.

• Proven experience owning a customer/merchant lifecycle end to end, with tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Design and own the full merchant lifecycle: acquisition, onboarding, activation, growth, retention, win-back.
• Define segmentation, build cohorts, and set behavioral triggers that move merchants forward and reduce drop-off.
• Build and ship campaigns hands-on across email, WhatsApp, push, and in-app.
• Run a rigorous experimentation roadmap with controlled tests and clear metrics tied to activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
