Job summary

Eyewa, a leading omnichannel eyewear retailer in the GCC, seeks a Leasing Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to manage lease records, payments and renewals across our expanding store portfolio. You will work with Finance, Legal and Retail teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all leasing obligations.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in accounting/finance coordination and strong Excel skills, with attention to detail and excellent follow-up abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Accounting, AR, Collections, Finance Operations, Leasing Administration or similar.
• Strong numerical ability and confidence with payments, reconciliations and records.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records for Eyewa’s leases across Saudi Arabia, including rental amounts and expiry dates.
• Track payments and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely processing.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices and related documentation with landlords.
• Reconcile lease-related payments and flag discrepancies or balances.
• Assist with lease agreements, renewals and related documentation.
• Coordinate with landlords, mall operators and property managers on administrative matters.
• Maintain leasing trackers, databases and filing systems.
• Monitor lease expiry dates and renewal timelines.
• Support processing of new leases and store openings with required documentation.
• Prepare regular leasing and payment reports for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Retail and Expansion teams to resolve issues.
