Job summary

Apparel Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Leasing Associate to support the real estate team in sourcing, evaluating, and securing retail spaces across markets. The role involves negotiating lease terms, maintaining lease documentation, and assisting expansion and renewal strategies to support our retail growth.

You will liaise with landlords, brokers, and mall management, conduct site visits, prepare LOIs and deal summaries, and coordinate with legal and finance teams to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, real estate coordination, or property management.
• Exposure to retail leasing processes in GCC markets is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in negotiating lease terms for new stores, renewals, and relocations under guidance from senior leasing staff.
• Prepare Letters of Intent (LOIs), proposals, and lease deal summaries.
• Liaise with landlords to follow up on lease documentation, approvals, and handovers.
• Coordinate with landlords, brokers, and mall management for day-to-day leasing queries.
• Work closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, and store planning) to align leasing actions with business needs.
