Job summary

Asas Althbat is seeking a results-driven Leasing Specialist to manage end-to-end leasing activities in Riyadh. You will handle leads, schedule and conduct unit viewings, negotiate terms, and prepare contracts, ensuring smooth handover and high occupancy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, with proficiency in CRM/ERP tools and MS Office. Arabic fluency is required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leasing / real estate brokerage / property management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Good knowledge of leasing contracts and documentation workflow
• Comfortable using CRM/ERP tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Strong follow-up discipline and customer service mindset
• Arabic fluency required; English is a plus
• Valid driver’s license preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive and qualify leasing leads and maintain a clean pipeline
• Schedule and conduct property viewings and present unit features and policies
• Negotiate lease terms within approved limits and close deals efficiently
• Prepare lease offers, contracts, and related documentation; ensure accuracy
• Coordinate with operations to ensure unit readiness and smooth handover
• Provide weekly leasing reports (leads, viewings, occupancy, revenue)
• Support renewals and retention activities when required
• Track market prices and tenant feedback to improve leasing performance
• Follow company policies and regulations
