Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Learning Business Partner (Saudi Nationals Only) to lead the learning agenda at the Fulfillment Center in Jeddah. You will oversee training programs, develop leadership capacity, and partner with central MEATR teams to deploy learning initiatives across the network.

You will analyze data to drive improvements in safety, quality, and operations while coordinating with country leaders to prioritize development activities in a fast-paced FC environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end-to-end training programs at site from needs analysis to execution.
• Coordinate with AMET learning teams to share best practices.
• Plan, develop and evaluate all training initiatives with senior leaders.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to improve quality and productivity.
• Build leadership development plans and content catalog for learning.
• Provide coaching and feedback in 121s and workshops.
