Job summary

Amazon Fulfilment Centre in Saudi Arabia seeks a Learning Business Partner to lead learning for all associates, partnering with AMET to deploy training programs at scale. You will manage a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist, drive needs analysis and execution of training initiatives.

You will analyse data, ensure safety compliance, and collaborate with country leaders to deliver effective coaching and leadership development in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience in learning and development is preferred.
• Experience analyzing performance metrics and building training programs.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end-to-end associate and leader training programs from needs analysis to execution.
• Collaborate with AMET teams to share best practices and deploy trainings.
• Develop, update, and evaluate training initiatives in partnership with senior leadership.
• Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics in 121s and workshops.
