Job summary

Amazon in Riyadh invites applications for a Learning Specialist to join our Last Mile Learning team. You will partner with Operations Managers and area leaders to build capabilities across the network and to raise safety, quality, and productivity through structured, data-driven training programs and ongoing feedback.

You will deliver standard technical training, coach associates to improve performance, drive training process improvements, and ensure accurate training records and compliance

Qualifications

• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Experience working in a customer-facing environment

Responsibilities

• Executing standard trainer tasks as outlined on Trainer Standard Work Checklist
• Delivering network standard technical training
• Partnering with Operations Leaders to evaluate and improve training processes
• Directly coaching associates to improve job performance
• Managing training compliance to ensure accurate training records are housed correctly
