Job summary

Amazon in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Learning Area Manager to lead the Fulfillment Center Operations Learning team. You will drive daily coaching, training deployments, and data-driven improvements to safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, experience delivering training to hourly staff and management, and strong Excel/MS Office skills. English fluency is highly valued as you partner with Operations to raise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering training to peers, hourly associates and management.
• Experience coaching and delivering performance messaging.
• Experience interpreting data analytics to improve operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office; English fluency desirable.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage Learning Associates deployment, development and productivity.
• Track training progress and associated metrics across teams.
• Deliver daily coaching to support warehouse associates.
• Partner with Operations to ensure safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Maintain documentation and support PIT/Certification programs as needed.
