Job summary

Afaq - Warehouse Branch in Saudi Arabia seeks a Learning Business Partner to lead and develop the training function across the fulfillment center. You will own the training programs from needs analysis to execution and work with the AMET team to prioritize and deploy scalable learning initiatives.

The role requires strong leadership, data analysis of training outcomes, and a deep understanding of warehouse operations to ensure safety and efficiency. A dynamic, high-growth environment is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist.
• Own end-to-end training programs at site from needs analysis to execution.
• Collaborate with AMET teams to identify best practices and share learnings.
• Plan, develop and evaluate training initiatives with senior leadership and central teams.
• Identify and deploy coaching solutions to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Create and manage training content and associate compliance audits.
• Adapt to fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
