Job summary

Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages is expanding its Riyadh team and seeks a Field Sales Supervisor for Traditional Trade. The role focuses on growth, route coverage, and strong customer partnerships in retail channels within Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in business/admin/marketing and 4+ years in field sales, with prior experience supervising retail routes and a valid Saudi driving license. Full-time, on-site position in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
• +4 years of relevant experience in field sales/retail.
• Previous experience supervising retail routes & field team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets (volume and value).
• Ensure and optimize full route coverage, drop size, and market share.
• Follow up and audit collections from customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers for product placement and visibility.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance sales skills.
• Monitor sales actions and gather feedback to improve strategies.
• Use sales tools to track performance and manage customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies in all sales activities.
